When trying to decide on what type of suspended ceiling is required for your application, you must first determine the use of space, i.e. office, locker room, pharmaceutical, etc.

Standard grid suspension such as those offered by USG, are designed to be compatable with different types of ceiling tiles (see links). Other special grid systems can be found under Specialty Ceilings.

If a highly corosive evironment requires a 'drop ceiling', then Stainless Steel or a Fiberglass Grid (Keel Manufacturing), or Extruded Aluminum Grid (Stone Aluminum Systems) may ne necessary.

Additionally curved grid ceilings found on USG (Specialty Ceilings), and the below grid materials designed for drywall applications, are also available through ABS. These suspended ceilings take drywall architectural creativity to another level, with less cost and time than previous applications allowed.
